Funding
Each year commencing in November, the Children's Board sells potted Poinsettia plants generating an average of $3000 in annual unrestricted funds.
The organization accepts private contributions from individual donors and civic organizations. All contributions are deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Additional funding has been received from community business partners including Constellation Energy, Entergy, Wal-Mart, Stewarts Shops, Econolodge, Boilermaker's Union Local 175, Sam's Club, Mitchell Printing, and Many More!
Funding from grants is sought to underwrite specific programs, particularly arts and cultural experiences for area youth.
